Chris Jones – Proud To Serve
"Growing up, my parents taught me that the best way to make your community better is to roll up your sleeves and help out. I took that lesson to heart as a young man, joining the Boy Scouts and later the Air Force JROTC. More recently I've been a founding member and current President of Hope for Sacramento - advocating for a proven, treatment focused model for homeless services to solve one of our city's biggest crises.
I'm also active in the Colonial Heights Neighborhood Association, Save Sacramento Neighborhoods, and Eye on Sacramento. These experiences have given me the opportunity to meet many of my neighbors and get an understanding of what priorities are important to Sacramentans. With your help, I'll take those priorities to City Hall and get things done."
